Galaxy Tab 7-inch display, an iPad alternative

A latest video has been issued on the popular video sharing website YouTube about the Samsung latest tablet called Galaxy Tab. The product will be showed in the upcoming IFA technology tradeshow that will be held in Berlin on 2 September, 2010. It may play the role as an alternative gadget of iPad.

Google OS Android 2.2 powered tablet has a 7-inch display which would have 480 x 800 or 1024 x 600 of screen resolution.  It has 1GHz processor, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for communication. It has incorporated 3.1-megapixel camera, also a front-facing one for video conferencing with 320 x 240 pixel of resolution.

Which.Co.Uk reported:
Details are unclear, but it looks like the web-browsing multimedia tablet can play HD videos. The Galaxy S mobile phone from Samsung is capable of recording HD video, so we wouldn't be surprised to see this feature included on the Galaxy Tab too.

Android 2.2 powered iPad rivaling device has a super AMOLED screen. It may have incorporated HD movie playback, e-reading, Flash support, augmented reality, navigation, and PC-like Web browsing. Like Galaxy S, Galaxy Tab has AllShare DLNA streaming software.
