Canon Smaller Pro mirrorless compact camera to compete with Sony, Olympus, and Panasonic

In a very recent announcement, Canon’s head of the Image Communication Products Masaya Maeda announces that Canon is developing a new camera that will compete with cameras that launched by Sony, Olympus, and Panasonic respectively called ‘mirrorless’ camera.



"It's not a question of whether or not you have a mirror," he told Reuters. "There is a consumer need for good-quality cameras to be made smaller."

Instead of information the word mirrorless internal technology, the specification of the Canon compact camera yet to be announced. As the product will be brought as the rival of some high-quality cameras, so it is very easy to assume it specifications.

The smaller professional camera supposed to be the smaller to Olympus' PEN series or the Sony NEX line.
