KOICA will work to develop ICT capacity

A South Korean organization called KOICA has signed to will as has signed with the establishment ministry to assist to improve the capacity for ICT development project. The Korea International Cooperation Agency has committed to provide a grant of $1.3 million for the project. The project will be conducted by the technical assistance form KOICA and the project will be implemented by the Public Administration Computer Centre.

Resident Representative of Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) Lee Jung Wook and Joint Chief of Economic Relations Division (ERD) Jubair Ahmed signed an agreement on the project in Dhaka yesterday.

The project will be run for two years according to the agreement. To bringing up transparency and to develop the efficiency by implementing the e-file management system. Beside the technical assistance KOICA will provide e-file management system software, interior renovation of data centre and desktops, laptops and other necessary IT accessories for the ICT training room.
